Research Interest

  • Currently working on creating efficient ML models to predict the design parameters of ultra-scaled CMOS devices, e.g., FinFETs, GAA-FETs. This work will help the circuit designers by reducing the number of variables in their design.
  • I am working on development of ML models to predict the bridge defects in nano-scaled devices and circuits. This will improve the failure analysis in semiconductor technology.
