Digital Public Infrastructure TalkDepartment of Management, Paari School of Business (PSB) successfully organised a BRAIN Talk on ‘Digital Public Infrastructure and Frugal AI’. The session was delivered by Prof. Jaideep Prabhu, Professor of Marketing and Jawaharlal Nehru Professor of Indian Business and Enterprise at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, U.K.

The talk provided deep insights into the evolving role of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) in enabling inclusive growth and innovation, particularly in emerging economies like India. Prof. Prabhu emphasised how DPI platforms, such as digital identity, payments, and data exchange systems, are transforming access, efficiency, and scalability across sectors. He further elaborated on the concept of frugal AI, highlighting how cost-effective, resource-efficient artificial intelligence solutions can address large-scale societal challenges while remaining accessible and sustainable.
