Being one of the most important channels of knowledge, Science has a specific role, as well as a variety of functions for the benefit of our society. Thus, the Science programmes at SRM University-AP are designed with a problem-solving approach and endeavours to make our research results relevant and comprehensible to society.
Our Programmes cut across the traditional boundaries of disciplines and stretch across the lifecycle of innovation- from research to knowledge development and its application to drive our pursuit of more equitable and sustainable development. In the first year of the BSc programme, students are introduced to carefully crafted interdisciplinary courses on the fundamentals of science. Students can choose their areas of specialisation in the following year.
