Abstract
Two Photonic Crystal Fibers (PCFs) structure has been investigated. One of the PCFs structure has ethanol as the wafer, where as the other structure has soft glass as the wafer. Both the PCFs structure has seven ring of circular air holes. The first structure has shown very low dispersion at the first optical window. The second structure reports an anamolous dispersion behavior. A very low loss and high birefringence was observed for the second proposed structure.
