Photonic Crystal Fibers (PCFs) structure with Liquid Helium filled in elliptical hole is simulated. Results are compared with silica PCFs by keeping the structure same. Doped fiber is found to be highly negative dispersion and reports higher birefringence. However silica fiber also reports very low dispersion and higher birefringence. Moreover both structure reports low loss. Small area of effective mode area makes them eligible for non linear applications. Besides normalized frequency has also been calculated and it was found that fiber supports single mode operation.
