  • My research interests focus on developing explainable machine learning techniques for progressive, transition-aware representation learning in longitudinal Electronic Health Records, enabling early and interpretable prediction of critical clinical outcomes.
  • My research focuses on modeling how a patient's clinical condition evolves over time, using deep clustering and delta-aware representation learning to capture transitions between visits and support interpretable, data-driven decision-making in healthcare.
