Four holes of elliptical geometry doped with nematic liquid has been introduced in the cladding region of a photonic crystal fibers (PCFs). All four elliptical holes have equal area and is of about forty three times more than that of circular holes. Investigated structure reports itself to be a anomalous dispersive fiber. It reports very small dispersion. Birefringence is found to be of higher order. Simulated structure supports endlessly single mode operation and it also offers very low loss. However structure is considered to be applicable for linear and non linear applications.
