Abstract

Highly accurate and comprehensive organizational records serve as precious asset for employees. Even though similar records have digitalized recent past, there are few obstacles still exist. Privacy protection is the concern of cloud repository for organizational records to make it safe and persistent. Authorization and authentication is a key challenges for users while preserving security processes. Predictable methods for data storage depend on trusted external parties (TTPs), which causes problems with durability, security, clarity, and trust. This study suggests a blockchain-based authentication method for TTP-stored record access to address these worries. TIKA, a role-based authentication and system for organizational data powered by blockchain. This innovative method creates a constant and secure environment by clubbing encryption and blockchain technology. The privacy and consistency of organizational data ensured in this scenario by blockchain systems, and authentication defined by the owner are managed by smart contracts that support role-based verification. The original organizational files are similarly encrypted by the cloud storage service, and the decryption tokens are stored on the blockchain securely. This cryptographic approach ensures protection of organizational records during the storage and distribution processes.
