  • My research focuses on memristive devices, neuromorphic computing, nanoscience, and 2D materials. I work on the experimental synthesis, fabrication, and electrical, optical, and structural characterization of emerging-material-based memristors. My research interests include resistive switching, synaptic plasticity, optoelectronic neuromorphic devices, flexible electronics, and brain-inspired computing applications.
