This paper proposes the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Microsoft Power Apps to create smarter, more accessible business applications. Unlike traditional methods, this approach requires minimal coding, reduces costs, and supports intelligent decision-making. The AI-integrated Power Apps streamline operations, improve productivity, and enable data-driven insights – making them highly practical for small-scale businesses. The model incorporates advanced AI features such as predictive analytics, NLP-powered chatbots, and pattern recognition. These are deployed within Power Apps to automate core functions like purchase, sales, logistics, customer support, production, and quality control. By leveraging Microsoft AI Builder, Azure services, and Power Automate, the solution ensures seamless integration with existing business processes while keeping complexity low. Simulation results demonstrate clear benefits for small-scale industries: a 55% reduction in manual management efforts, 30% faster response times, and more accurate sales-driven production predictions.
