  • My research focuses on intelligent decision-support systems, recommender systems, and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI). I integrate machine learning, fuzzy clustering, and explainability techniques such as LIME and SHAP to enhance transparency, fairness, and reliability in AI-driven applications, including resume categorization, text summarization, and personalized recommendation systems.
  • My current research focuses on imbalanced data handling in fraud detection and healthcare, along with developing explainable text summarization models to enhance predictive robustness and interpretability in real-world decision-making systems.
