Mr KVN Janardhan is a proficient IT professional with experience that spans over 24 years in IT network operations, IT infrastructure, asset management, strategic planning, service delivery, operations management, project management, and continuous process improvement. With notable expertise in delivering quality IT services, Mr Janardhan brings in exceptional knowledge in optimal solutions for complex information systems management as the Associate Director – Information Technology & Knowledge Management.
Mr Janardhan completed his B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University and is a certified Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). During his previous tenure at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, Bangalore, as Head of Information Technology, Mr Janardhan led the IT Applications and Infrastructure operations, ensuring uptime and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of MS Ramaiah Group of Hospitals, University and Educational Institutions.
Prior to this, Mr Janardhan worked as Deputy General Manager, Rainbow Children’s Medicare Hospitals, Hyderabad, devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies. His guidance as the Senior Manager and later Assistant General Manager at Biesse, Bangalore, has established a track record of leading networking and network security operations, executing system analysis, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, Office applications, and security software.
His commitment to excellence in IT service delivery, finalising technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders has garnered him several honours and commendations. He received the Rapid Recognition Award for LAN Design, Cabling for Mega Breeding Station at Bangalore. He was also recognised for his Remarkable Performance & Unconditional Support towards Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) at Rainbow Hospitals.
