Technology Transfer
Researchers at CESD, SRM UNIVERSITY-AP have made the following achievements working on different multidisciplinary aspects of Energy Storage Devices such as:
- Developed Li-ion conducting Al3+ doped NASICON-type solid electrolyte LZP and garnet solid electrolyte LLZO.
- Developed the methods to improve the interfacial stability of solid electrolyte with Li.
- Developed Na-ion conducting NASICON-type solid electrolyte exhibiting ionic conductivity close to 1.31 m S/cm, ionic transport number of 0.99, and electrochemical stability >5.2 V
- Developed Mn doped NVP cathode material exhibiting discharge capacity of 86 mAhg−1 even after 100 cycles at 1C.
- Developed biomass derived hard carbon for applications in Li-ion and Na-ion batteries
