Prof. Murali Patibandla

Prof. Murali Patibandla is a distinguished economist and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, where he specialised in International Economics, Industrial Organisation, and Microeconomics. His academic journey includes a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was mentored by Nobel Laureate Oliver E Williamson.

With an impressive teaching experience of 25 years from some of the premier institutions of India and the world, including the Indian Institutes of Management in Ahmedabad and Bangalore, as well as the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, Prof. Patibandla has crafted a niche among the top educators in the field of economics and management.

Prof. Patibandla has to his credit numerous books and articles on international business and microeconomic theory that have featured in leading academic journals and conferences. His research has garnered over 5,000 citations in platforms such as Google Scholar, SSRN and Research Gate, contributing significantly to the field of economics and business studies.

In 2017, Prof. Patibandla was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to Economics. His extensive expertise shapes both academic discourse and practical applications in the field.
