The Directorate of Student Affairs conducted a Blood Donation Camp successfully on campus on February 24, 2026, in collaboration with NTR Trust, reiterating the essence of service and social responsibility among the students.

The camp was inaugurated by Prof. Ch. Satish Kumar, Vice Chancellor, in the presence of Dr Premkumar R, Registrar, Major General G S Narang (Retd), Director – Student Affairs, Ms. Revathi B, Associate Director – Student Affairs, students and staffs. Their presence and motivation encouraged students to take part actively in this social cause. Prof. Satish Kumar visited the site personally and checked the arrangements to ensure the successful conduct of the camp.

Thanks to the support from NTR Memorial Trust, the event emerged as a resounding success. A staggering 420 students, faculty and staff donated blood reflecting their compassion, commitment, and joint responsibility towards society.

This massive turnout is a testament to the social spirit that prevails at SRM University-AP, where education is not just a priority but also a reflection of their concern and positive impact on society.
