Research Interest

  • My research interests focus on machine learning, graph-based algorithm design, and protein–protein interaction (PPI) network analysis, with a particular emphasis on developing efficient and scalable models for complex biological systems. Building on my work in essential cancer protein identification using PPI networks, I am particularly working on applying ML and graph-based approaches to data-driven biological networks and distributed intelligent systems, including AI-enabled healthcare models operating under constrained connectivity.
  • Currently, I am working on developing a predictive protein–protein interaction (PPI) network–based computational model to forecast organ-to-organ cancer spread within the human body. By integrating graph-based algorithms and machine learning, the model seeks to identify key molecular pathways and proteins driving metastatic progression, enabling improved understanding of cancer dissemination and supporting early intervention and precision oncology.

Awards

  • Best Paper Award: Received the Best Paper Award for "Bioinformatics in Cancer: Key Proteins and Pathway Analysis" at the Global AI Summit 2024, International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology, organized by the School of Computer Science Engineering and Technology, Bennett University, India (September 4–6, 2024). The conference was technically co-sponsored by IEEE UP Section.
