Paari School of Business, SRM University-AP is inviting applications for a part-time PhD programme in all areas of Management (Finance, Marketing, OB/HR, Operations, Entrepreneurship and Analytics). This programme is meant for working executives in corporations and academics who are not yet PhD holders. The programme is structured in a flexible way to enable high quality research, without compromising the rigour of a conventional full-time PhD programme.

  • Faculty with PhDs from leading Universities abroad (University of Maryland, College Park, (USA) and India (e.g. IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Dhanbad).
  • Faculty publications in leading journals worldwide (ABDC A* and A journals).
  • Faculty work in both traditional and emerging areas in all domains.
  • Opportunity to work for one of the Centres of Excellence of the University, i.e.Centre for Consumer Research in India.
  • 15 days Campus immersion per semester, Hostel facility provided as per University norms.
  • Nominal fee of Rs 30,000 per semester and other fees as per university norms.

Mode of Selection

  • The selection is based on an Entrance Test, followed by an Interview/interaction.
  • Candidates having valid NET/GATE/CAT/GMAT/GRE/XAT score or those having greater than 10 years of work experience are exempted from the entrance test.

Eligibility

  • 60% in UG and PG programmes; ideally the candidate must have a Master’s degree in a relevant (e.g. MBA) or related (e.g. MA in Economics) area.
  • Minimum of three years of work experience.
  • The candidate should be working in a reputed Company.
