Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Training
This training program helps faculty to understand and implement the key components of Outcome-Based Education (OBE). It explores how learning outcomes, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies are interconnected to ensure meaningful student learning and measurable achievement in alignment with the Bloom’s Taxonomy. Through interactive discussions and examples, participants will learn how to design course outcomes, align teaching methods and student tasks with these outcomes, and develop effective assessment tools to evaluate learning attainment. The workshop also includes hands-on sessions on CO–PO mapping and attainment calculation to help faculty apply OBE principles in practice. Follow-up sessions will be conducted to support participants in integrating OBE principles into their own courses.
