Visa

Visa Information for International Participants

International participants attending ACCMS-12 are required to obtain the appropriate visa to enter India, where applicable. Participants are advised to apply for their visa well in advance of the conference.

Before beginning the visa application process, participants should have the following documents ready:
  • A passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
  • A recent colour photograph meeting the requirements of the Indian visa application.
  • A scanned copy of the passport.
  • Proof of residential address, where required.
  • A formal invitation letter from the ACCMS-12 Conference Convener. Participants requiring an invitation letter may request it from the conference organizers.
  • Evidence of the required Government of India event clearances, where applicable.
Participants should check the latest visa requirements and eligibility applicable to their nationality through the official Government of India visa portal and/or the nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate.

Important: Visa approval is the responsibility of the individual participant. The conference organizers may provide supporting documents, but issuance of a visa is subject to the decision of the Government of India.

ACCMS-12 will be held at SRM University-AP, Amaravati, located at Neerukonda, Mangalagiri Mandal, Andhra Pradesh.

By Air

The nearest airport is Vijayawada International Airport (VGA), approximately 45 km from the SRM University-AP campus. Taxis/cabs are available from the airport to the campus.

By Rail

Participants travelling by train can arrive at Vijayawada Railway Station (BZA), which is well connected to major cities across India. Guntur Railway Station (GNT) is another nearby railway station. Taxis/cabs can be used to reach the university campus from either station.

By Bus

Participants travelling by train can arrive at Vijayawada Railway Station (BZA), which is well connected to major cities across India. Guntur Railway Station (GNT) is another nearby railway station. Taxis/cabs can be used to reach the university campus from either station.
