Summer Internship 2021 - 2025

SRM University-AP has successfully completed its summer internship process for the students of all three schools, namely, the School of Engineering and Sciences (SEAS), School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (SLASS), and Paari School of Business. Various companies made internship offers to a total of 1259 students.

  • Summer internships are 6-8 weeks for second-year BTech, BSc, BBA, and for first-year MTech and MBA students
  • It provides three credits to their academics and is embedded in the curriculum.
  • Apart from the second-year students, third-year students are provided with summer internships for 6 months which will be mostly converted to PPD

PPO, or Pre-Placement Offer, and PPI, or Pre-Placement Interview, are two key opportunities that often arise from summer internships. A PPO is extended when the organization offers a full-time job to a former intern before or during the institution’s official placement drive. This offer can be a result of the candidate’s exceptional performance during their internship.
