VISA Information for Foreign Participants
Foreign participants are required to apply for a visa through their nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate. As a delegate, you must complete the online visa application form with accurate and up-to-date information. Before beginning the application process, please ensure you have the following documents and files ready:
- A passport with at least six months of validity remaining
- A scanned copy of a recent colour photograph
- File size: Not more than 10MB
- Dimensions: 2 inches x 2 inches
- Note: Files that do not meet these specifications cannot be uploaded
- A copy of your passport
- Proof of residential address
- A formal letter of invitation from the Conference Convener (to be provided upon request)
- Evidence of MHA event clearance
- Evidence of MEA event clearance
